Pick up your welcome bag and chat with family in The Rhapsody Room (1st floor of The Beeman Hotel, ajdacent to the bar).  There will be light snacks, cards, games and dominoes. 

Explore Dallas #1 - Check out the nightlife (optional)

Nearby, you will find bowling, comedy clubs, intimate concert venues and more!  Greenville and Uptown are nearby neighborhoods full of nightlife!  

For our young cousins in their early twenties-thirties, Gabby Otey will be hosting an outing.  More to come!

All Family Photo - The Beeman Hotel 

Park Central Ballroom, 1st floor

Wear your dinner attire for the photo.  Be prompt so everyone can leave the hotel around 5pm to go to the restaurant for dinner.  Everyone will receive a digital copy of the photo and be able to order their own copy online.  

 The photographer, Cristen Ransom, will follow us to the restaurant to take candid photos.  She will be able to stay with us for nearly 3-hours to take candids, family photos, cousin photos, etc.!

Locals please plan to drive.  There is complimentary parking at the restaurant.  Non-locals, if you do not have a rental car or need ADA support, the hotel shuttle will take guests within a 3-mile radius. In addition, Uber and Lyft are safe and cost-effective transportation options for everyone.
